We look for managers who report clearly, control costs, keep turnovers short and treat occupancy and pricing as something to be managed rather than accepted.
Long-term, mid-term and hospitality-related strategies are all in scope, depending on the market and local regulation.
General contractors, trades, architects and interior designers who can price a scope accurately and hold to it are central to the model — the renovation budget is where a value-add plan is won or lost.
We work to defined scopes, documented change orders and agreed timelines.
As a foreign-owned U.S. company, we place a high value on advisers experienced with cross-border ownership structures, closings, entity administration and U.S. tax compliance.
Title, insurance and specialised advisory relationships are equally welcome.

We are often a better counterparty than the open market for properties that show poorly: dated finishes, deferred maintenance, weak layouts, underperforming rentals or complicated situations.

Private co-investment
From time to time, specific projects may be structured with private co-investors alongside the group.
Where that happens, it is arranged privately and on a project-by-project basis, subject to the applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and always documented before any commitment.
